Terms of Service

Froggyhop operates a cross-promotion network for indie-game sites at froggyhop.com. Site owners register, embed a one-line widget, and trade traffic with other registered sites. By creating an account or embedding the widget, you agree to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Froggyhop and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We review every signup and may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any account or site at our discretion.

The network is for original, web-playable indie games. You may not register or link sites that contain or promote gambling, NSFW content, malware, auto-redirects, or anything illegal or deceptive. You are responsible for the content and conduct of the sites you register.

The network's currency is genuine outbound clicks. You may not attempt to inflate, fake, or manipulate clicks or impressions — for example through bots, automated scripts, click farms, hidden or misleading placement of the widget, or any scheme designed to game the exchange balance. We score every click and review every site; traffic that looks fraudulent is discarded and may result in suspension.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to embed the Froggyhop widget on sites you have registered. You must not modify, wrap, or reverse-engineer the widget in ways that interfere with its anti-fraud measures or misrepresent the network. We may update the widget at any time.

Froggyhop is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any particular volume of traffic, uptime, or results, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Froggyhop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost traffic, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Froggyhop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or put the network at risk. On termination, your right to use the widget ends and you should remove it from your sites.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
